McClarty Constructions Pty Ltd was established in 1999. This Townsville based business is family owned and operated by Alex and Kylie McClarty. McClarty Constructions prides itself on professional craftsmanship and client satisfaction to continuously deliver quality homes and projects. Alex has been a qualified carpenter and joiner since 1994, commenced trading in his own business in 1995 and qualified as a builder in 1999.

Alex has gained a wealth of skills and knowledge since working on many and varied projects in tropical North Queensland. Alex’s past works include projects like full renovations of homes, bathroom make-overs, new decks, that extra bedroom and study, property living quarters, sheds and conversions, new homes from one bedders to up-market luxury homes, duplexes and triplexes, multi-residential complexes, extra storeys and lifting, offices and office buildings, shop fitouts and refurbs, commercial showrooms and government premises (including police stations and school buildings).
